♡ ORDER ♡
Are the items official?
- Items are secured from either Japan or Korea. We open group orders from Japan for official BTS and BT21 Japan exclusive merchandise. These are purchased from official stores. As for Korea, we open for Weverse Global orders, Korean brands worn by BTS, and other exclusive partnership items or promo merch that can only be bought from South Korea.
How do I order?
- You may fill out our order form. Link to our order forms can be found in our bios or in the masterlist tab of this sheet.
Can you give me updates on my order if they're secured?
- We do not update orders individually unless you made a rare merch request. You may check #HEARTAEGOs updates, or this masterlist for the most recent progress of your order.
I did not receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
- We do not send order confirmations. After filling out the form, your items are secured as soon as we can. Sometimes we wait out a day or two for more orders to save on domestic shipping (in Japan or Korea). Your orders are deemed confirmed and secured, otherwise we will email/DM you regarding refunds if they sell out before we could secure them.
What do I need to do after filling out the form?
- After filling out the form, all you have to do is wait patiently for the items to arrive to the USA! ☺️ The next time you'll hear from us would be when the items arrive in the USA. We usually email combined domestic and shared international shipping fees together.
How long does it take for my items to arrive?
- It varies per GO! Usually bigger GOs take longer to arrive as we have to wait for everything to arrive to our local addresses before we shipout together. As for small item orders (e.g. accessories from Korean brands, various Line Store items, etc. we usually wait for a bigger order to ship them with to USA so you can pay less for international shipping. It is best to check this masterlist and our social media pages to track them.
♡ PAYMENTS ♡
What do I need to pay to submit a form?
- You must pay for the item price first to submit a form. Shipping fees are charged on a later date after the items arrived in the USA.
What mode of payments do you use?
- We accept payments with Venmo and Paypal Friends and Family only. If you paid with Goods and Services, your payment is automatically refunded and your order cancelled.
What if my country does not have a friends and family option?
- If you live outside the US, you may pay with goods and services with 5% fee. Please make sure to write your country in the notes so we won't refund them.
♡ PHOTOCARD SORTING ♡
How do you sort photocards? Is it by order of payment?
- No. We do not sort photocards by order of payment as this would give disadvantage to late joiners. Once the items arrive in the US, we send a mass email containing your shipping fee dues and photocard sorting link. This links to a form that will be opened on a pre-announced date and time. Priority is based on who fills out the photocard sorting form first.
Can I not join photocard sorting?
- Yes. You can opt out of photocard sorting and receive your albums/dvds sealed. However, this only applies to merch that are sealed upon purchase. Lucky draw cards for example are automatically sorted as they are packaged separately from the album. But if you still prefer to opt out of sorting, we can give you random members.
♡ SHIPPING ♡
Can you tell me the total order price with shipping?
- Sorry, we cannot estimate shipping fees as it depends on a number of variables like item's weight and dimensions. International shipping fees have also substantially increased so we try our best to include as many items as possible to help you save on shipping.
Why is international shipping so expensive when it's shared?
- We only use either EMS Premium or DHL to ship from Korea or Japan. If you check the updated standard EMS prices, they're actually cheaper. Sadly, these are the only safe modes of shipping we can trust that is fast and reliable. Even when a package is light, if it's volumetric weight is heavier, they charge us the heavier of the two. So please expect bulky items to be pricier. On rare occassions, we have to send with EMS for items like candles, food products, and others containing liquids.
Can I combine items from multiple GOs that I've joined?
- Yes, you can! If the items arrive close by, we may combine them. But please note that we do NOT automatically combine unless you inform us through email.

♡ CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND LATE PAYMENTS ♡
Can I cancel my order after I've paid?
- No, sorry. We impose a strict no cancellation policy. Please make sure you are 100% sure and ready for paying shipping fees. On rare occassions, we usually have to pay more in shipping than the item price itself so it's best to keep this in mind before ordering so you're ready.
The item is taking too long to arrive, can you refund me?
- No, sorry. There's more happening behind the scenes when we order your items, we wish it is as easy as it looks but do know that we have your best interest in mind everytime. Delays are out of our control. We cannot refund orders especially when they are already secured.
What happens if I don't pay my shipping fees on time?
- Our policy for shipping payments are written in the GO order forms so it is safe to assume that you are aware of our policy. If you can't pay even after the 10-day deadline, we will automatically forfeit your order and ownership will be transferred to us and we will put it up for reclaims. No refunds will be given.

Want a rare item? You may send in your request and I'll help you find it!

• DM item + name and description + budget range (excluding shipping)• At least 50% downpayment is required before I begin looking for your desired item. I only accept payments through Paypal friends and family for the downpayment. You may pay with goods and services only if you're paying 100% of the price.• I accept payment plans for high value items, you may DM me for more information.• Downpayment is refundable ONLY if the merch hasn't been secured.• You may give me at least 7-10 days to find your merch. Usually, it takes longer if item is really hard to find or if I'm working on a tight budget, so your patience is much appreciated.• Once I find the item, I will send you detailed photos for your approval.• Since these are high value items, I will only use EMS or DHL/UPS to send them. I will bill shipping separately.
